Front of Building: 312 West 5th St. Apt 1012, Los Angeles CA 90013. Make sure Uber/taxi takes you to WEST 5th NOT EAST 5th. Building is at the corner of 5th and Broadway.
Lobby security is 24/7 so if no one is there, they may have just stepped away for a moment. They will buzz you in; let them know you are staying in #1012. You may be required to show ID.
Take the elevator to the 10th floor. Unit is in the back.
Press the home button to light up the keypad if needed. Then enter the last 4 digits of your phone number. Door will unlock. Lock it behind you for added safety. When leaving, please hit the lock button to lock.
Upon entering, 2 identical keys are hanging on the hall tree. Please us them to gain access to the front lobby so you don’t have to be buzzed in again and/or show ID. The key also accesses the rooftop.
To lock the door, push the lock button.
